- To avoid manual setting of tools Zoller Tool Presetter is used. By the use of special high tool life cutting tools results in fewer tool changes which ultimately gives less downtime.
- Less downtime due to scheduled preventive maintenance, centralized filtration system with auto preparation of emulsion. Qualitative air supply generated by screw compressor using high efficient LEGRIS Pneumatic pipes & fittings.
- Due to in-house CMM facility inspection downtime is reduced.
